With the MY27, DVO is opening a new chapter in the development of modern mountain bike frames. Numerous components have been completely redesigned with the goal of further improving performance, adjustability, reliability, and ease of maintenance.
Among the most important innovations is the new SL Air Spring, The fully newly developed air spring offers a more responsive response, improved support in the mid-stroke range, and in combination with volume spacers, a wider adjustment window for a wide variety of riding styles and applications.
Also new is the modular damper platform with the Prime Damper and Core Damper System. Both systems have been completely redesigned and offer an optimal balance of performance, adjustability, and reliability depending on the application area.
DVO is also setting new standards in the field of rear-axle dampers. The new generation features a completely revised damping system., This improves the responsiveness and impact protection even further. Drivers can now choose between Prime– and Pro– Choose versions and tailor your chassis to their intended use and their requirements.

Original spare parts will in the future be stored centrally in Europe and they are therefore available more quickly. Warranty and service cases are handled directly by an experienced local contact person, which reduces processing times and significantly simplifies processes.
In addition, Suspension Lab provides technical product support and supplies original service and spare parts for the entire DVO product portfolio. With its long-standing expertise in mountain bike suspension systems, Suspension Lab ensures that dealers and riders not only have access to high-quality products but also receive expert technical advice and professional after-sales support.

Since 2014, the company has specialized in servicing, tuning, and optimizing high-quality mountain bike frames. With extensive experience in chassis service, technical advice, and the development of innovative service and tuning solutions, Suspension Lab serves private customers, racing drivers, and retailers from all over Europe.
In addition to sales and logistics, Suspension Lab will in the future provide product training, technical training, dealer support, and comprehensive after-sales support. Dealers benefit from direct access to in-depth chassis expertise, rapid technical support, and professional assistance with service, warranty, and product-related issues.

With the new partnership, DVO is consistently expanding its presence in Central Europe, relying on Suspension Lab as the exclusive distributor for Austria, Germany, and the Czech Republic.
The entire product portfolio – from suspension forks and dampers to spare parts, service kits and accessories – will in the future be managed centrally by Suspension Lab for Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic.
At the same time, the authorized dealer and service network in all three countries is to be continuously expanded. The goal is to bring DVO even closer to drivers and the retail trade and to establish the brand as a permanent fixture in the European premium segment in the long term.
